Editor's Note: This year marks the 30th anniversary of the country's implementation of paired-up assistance in the Xizang Autonomous Region. In the last three decades, talents asisting the development of Xizang warmed the hearts of every Tibetan person in every corner of Xizang like the tough and passionate Galsang flowers.

Zhang Xinhui is the director assistant of Beijing Dairy Cattle Center. From 2007 to 2010, as one of the 5th batch of Beijing’s talents asisting the development of Xizang, Zhang Xinhui was engaged in the purification and rejuvenation of yaks, as well as the propagation expansion of wild yaks in Damxung County, Lhasa. When he was in Xizang, he and his colleagues improved 3,000 domestic yaks with frozen semen of wild yaks together, setting a “Guinness World Record” in the history of improvement of yaks.
